The 26,000 square foot McKamey Animal Care and Adoption Center opened in May 2008.  The center includes individual dog kennels and cat condos, indoor/outdoor runs with small and large fenced-in exercise areas, flushable floor drains, an education classroom, library and resource area.  The center also features surgical suites, isolation and quarantine areas, and grooming and laundry areas.
