The Strauss Company has been awarded the construction contract for the North Shore branch of the Northwest Georgia Bank.  Construction will begin early March. 

 The Northwest Georgia Bank will finish out the Two North Shore development by sitting on the western lot of the property.   Although a smaller footprint than the other three buildings, it boasts the same design concepts as buildings A, B, and C of the Two North Shore Retail Development.  NWGB will have roof gardens, reclaimed lumber canopies, and an open, naturally lit lobby.  Construction is scheduled to be completed in early fall 2008.  The eight-thousand square foot building will also be certified under the USGBC’s LEED rating system.
