At our website, we provide our clients with a secure login to access important construction documents. Your personal project page includes access to the Owner’s Contract, Bonds, Insurance Certificates, RFI’s, Change Orders, & Pay Applications. We also provide weekly progress reports with photographs, an updated construction schedule, your Subcontractor and Supplier List, Permits, and other important documents. Further, we provide an electronic copy of your General Contractor Warranty and Operations and Maintenance Manual. We leave this information up in your secure area for the entire warranty period.
